Shipping
A: Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, and international shipping times vary depending on your location. Each order is packaged with care so your affordable stationery arrives ready to inspire.
A: Yes! Each notepad can be wrapped in tissue and shipped directly to you or your recipient.
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
A: Yes. Orders of more than 25 notepads may require up to 15 days for processing before shipping. This ensures each order is printed, packaged, and quality-checked with care. Smaller orders follow our standard processing times.
Returns & Exchanges
A: I want every Creating Options notepad to bring joy. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
A: If your notepad arrives damaged, please contact me right away or email creatingoptionsshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I’ll make sure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible, so your Creating Options experience stays positive and joyful.
